The highly anticipated sequel to The Smurfs: Mission Vileaf, titled The Smurfs 2: The Prisoner of the Green Stone, has finally announced its release date. The game is developed by OSome Studio and published by Microids. In this game, a crack team of four Smurfs must band together and embark on a daring quest to save the Cursed Land from the powerful and menacing Stolas.
Four iconic Smurfs, namely Handy Smurf, Brainy Smurf, Clumsy Smurf, and Smurfstorm, will be available for players to meet and play as in this game. This new title promises a dynamic gameplay experience filled with exploration, platforming, and intense combat. Players will have the opportunity to explore various vibrant and detailed environments inspired by the beloved animated series. In addition to exploration, players will be able to uncover hidden secrets and solve challenging puzzles along their journey.
The Smurfs 2: The Prisoner of the Green Stone has a brand new story to play. Players will also have the opportunity to visit three brand new regions that have never been seen before in any previous Smurfs game. The game launched the teaser, announcing the release date. The Smurfs 2: The Prisoner of the Green Stone will be released on November 2nd, 2023, digitally and in retail on PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch in Europe. The US retail versions of the game will come out on November 14th.
