The iQOO BGMI Pro Series 2023, attributes 32 invited Indian teams with a massive prize pool of 10,00,000 Rs. Teams had to qualify through League Stages to ensure their slot in the top 16, to compete in the finals.
iQOO BGMI Pro Series 2023 Day 1 :
Every team had to play three matches individually, from which 7SEA Esports topped the table with 40 points and 25 devastating kills, followed by Team Insane, with 31 points and 18 eliminations. Entity Gaming gave a surprise to the entire community, by securing third place on the first day with 31 points. Team Entity came into existence after a long while, and it seems the preparations were worth the while.
Two of the most aggressive teams, OR and Godlike, continued their true nature. Their focus was mostly on kills rather than placement points. Despite their aggression, OR secured the fourth position with 29 points followed by Godlike Esports with 26 points. With brilliant tactical strategies, Team Oranguntan and Soul managed to grab one chicken dinner each. Both teams secured the same points and were placed in the sixth and seventh positions. Velocity Gaming and Gods Reign had a poor start to the tournament, from early eliminations to impoverished positioning, they could not survive, grabbing 24 and 18 points each. One of the most dominant teams, Blind Esports, was constantly falling apart. With losing momentum, they found themselves at the bottom of the points table. Aladin, from the table toppers ” 7Sea Esports ” acquired a remarkable 10 kills, leading the chart. Vexe, Darklord, and Admino equally secured 8 kills.
